The VPC series valve-type cracking source is designed for P material evaporation and can provide effective and stable phosphorus beam in ultra-high vacuum environment. Red phosphorus material is heated in a large-capacity crucible to form phosphorus vapor, which is converted into white phosphorus with a more stable beam under the condensation effect of the air-cooled interlayer in the white phosphorus area. After passing through the beam regulating valve, it enters the cracking area and forms a P2 beam with high reaction activity after high-temperature cracking. The valve of the VPC cracking source can realize precise control of beam transient changes and complete closure. In addition, the valve has its own torque feedback, which can realize fully automatic zero calibration. The uniquely designed diffuser plate structure can control the beam distribution state and improve the beam uniformity.
