Differential rotary drive

Differential rotary drive adopts worm gear transmission, high load, suitable for rotating heavy-duty sample racks or other sample support devices. It is divided into two flanges, the installation flange and the motion flange. After the installation flange is fixed, the upper motion flange is allowed to rotate continuously 360 °. By using a two-stage differential structure and a reasonable differential pumping system, it is suitable for ultra-high vacuum experiments with 10-11mbar, such as sample surface analysis (ARPES, STM or APXPS)/ion/neutron/atom scattering experiments, etc.
