The 4-axis MBE high and low temperature sample holder can provide translational motion and rotation angle R1 (Polar) around the Z-axis of the sample in the X, Y, and Z directions. Using liquid nitrogen refrigeration, the sample stage can reach a minimum temperature of 120K. The unique filament heating structure ensures that the sample holder temperature can reach 1200K. It mainly consists of three parts: sample rod, temperature control system, and XYZ-R1 displacement table. The entire sample rack and displacement stage are made of non-magnetic materials, which can be used under ultra-high vacuum.
