In MBE systems, it is usually necessary to precisely control the beams of multiple evaporation sources. The more suitable method is to use a pneumatic baffle to match it. The pneumatic baffle needs to be connected to the gas line and usually uses a solenoid valve to realize the opening and closing of the pneumatic baffle.
The 8-way pneumatic baffle controller of Fermion Instrument can connect and control up to 8-way solenoid valve groups, providing manual and automatic control modes. In manual mode, the pneumatic baffle can be operated by a wireless remote control; in automatic mode, the software independently developed by Fermion Instrument is used to perform basic switch control and realize complex timing control of the combination of multiple pneumatic baffles.
