The electron beam source controller is a self-developed professional equipment that integrates continuously adjustable DC high-voltage power supply, low-voltage power supply, Eurotherm 3000 high-performance PID controller, industrial switch and other components. With the self-developed special software, it can automatically control and record the electron beam source more simply, more intuitively, more accurately and more efficiently.
The controller has local and remote modes:
Local mode: The target emission current can be set directly through the Eurotherm 3000 high-performance PID controller buttons (up and down buttons).
Remote mode: The target emission current can be written through the software. In order to provide great convenience for users, a mode switching function is specially developed for the control of the emission current, which can switch between fast and stable modes. The fast mode can customize the increase/decrease of the emission current rate; the stable mode can stabilize the current emission current and reduce current fluctuations.
The main control modes of the software are divided into automatic and manual modes.
Automatic mode: Real-time monitoring of emission current as feedback, PID control automatically adjusts the filament current, thereby achieving linear increase/decrease of emission current and precise and stable emission current control.
Manual mode: The filament current can be directly controlled and the filament heated without the intervention of the DC high-voltage power supply. It is generally used for filament degassing and filament activation.
