Q: Why does the downloaded software report an error when opened?

A:That is because most of the software developed by Fermion Instruments is compiled based on LabVIEW 2016. If you want to run LabVIEW programs, you must have LabVIEW Runtime Engine
If the device is based on serial communication, in addition to installing LabVIEW Runtime Engine, you also need to install LabVIEW 2016 VISA Runtime

Q: The machine has installed the LabVIEW development version, why is there still an error message when opening the software?
A：After many attempts, the editor found that the LabVIEW Runtime Engine version is not very compatible. If you have installed other versions, you don’t need to uninstall them. You can continue to install LabVIEW 2016 Runtime 32bit and LabVIEW 2016 VISA Runtime

Q：The machine is running Windows 7 SP1, and it also prompts an error when opening it?
A：If the customer's computer is running Windows 7 SP1, in addition to installing the above environment, you also need to install the Visual C++ Redistributable Package environment.

Q：I have seen that the computer uses serial port resources. Do I need to install anything?
A：If the computer uses serial port resources, the USB-RS485 driver must be installed, for example, the connected devices include DC temperature control power supply, 8-way pneumatic baffle controller, etc.

If the computer is connected to the UFO control chassis via a USB cable, you also need to install the UFO stepper motor driver
