The fully enclosed structure welding of the lifting magnetic coupling sample transfer rod is driven by internal and external magnetic coupling, achieving linear and lifting motion in ultra-high vacuum environment. There is an anti rotation device inside to prevent the inner rod from rotating. It can convert external rotational motion into vacuum internal lifting motion, with a maximum lifting stroke of 50mm.
