The heavy-duty linear telescopic drive converts the rotational motion outside the vacuum into the linear telescopic motion inside the vacuum. The corrugated pipe seal welded with SS316L material is suitable for ultra-high vacuum environments of 10-11mbar, with small movement increments, smooth operation, high load, and high precision.
