CF flange is widely used in ultra-high vacuum systems, which compresses oxygen free copper gaskets (or other soft metals) through the inner blade to deform and achieve high sealing vacuum sealing. CF flange is fully metal sealed and can withstand high temperature baking, achieving ultra-high vacuum/extremely high vacuum environment.
CF welding flanges include two types: fixed flanges and movable flanges. The fixed flange is an integrated structure; The movable flange consists of a loose sleeve and a shoulder ring. The loose sleeve is fixed to the flange with bolts, while the shoulder ring is sealed with a copper gasket squeezed by a knife edge.
CF blind flange is used for isolating and cutting off systems, fixed with bolts for easy disassembly.
CF double blade flange, including same diameter and variable diameter flanges.
