The two-dimensional translation stage is used for movement in the X and Y planes and allows installation in any direction. It has two parallel flanges, one fixed and the other movable. The upper and lower flanges are connected by welding corrugated pipes to achieve ultra-high vacuum sealing. The position of the movable flange relative to the fixed installation flange can be adjusted.
