The mobile ultra-high vacuum cryogenic suitcase is a portable sample transfer device that maintains ultra-high vacuum and cryogenic environments. It has been leak-tested, baked, and cryogenically tested before leaving the factory and can be used directly.
It adopts a compact design to reduce its own weight while retaining all functions. It can be connected to other systems through the NW40CF gate valve and transfer samples using the sample transfer mechanism. The interior can be observed through two UHV compatible windows on the side throughout the process.
After installing the composite vacuum pump, the mobile ultra-high vacuum suitcase can maintain an ultra-high vacuum environment for a period of time and is used for the transportation of sensitive samples. After sufficient baking and degassing, the ultimate vacuum is better than 5×10-10 mbar.
The sample stage is equipped with a PT100 thermometer to read the sample stage temperature in real time.
