High-intensity solid-state radio frequency ultraviolet germicidal lamp

Our team members developed a new type of high-efficiency radio frequency focused plasma excitation technology, which greatly enhanced the electric field strength of the local field. Drawing on the luminescence principle of radio frequency focused plasma excited extreme ultraviolet light source, we successfully achieved the emission of 253.7nm as the dominant luminescence spectrum line. The ultraviolet radiation intensity is about 100 times higher than that of traditional methods, which greatly shortens the time of sterilization and purification.

High-intensity stepless ultraviolet sterilization vehicle

The high-intensity stepless ultraviolet sterilization vehicle mainly uses radio frequency to drive a specially designed focuser and light up the stepless ultraviolet bulb to emit strong ultraviolet light, of which the effective wavelength is mainly 253.7nm. Its luminous intensity can reach dozens to hundreds of times that of traditional ultraviolet lamps, effectively killing bacteria and viruses. Compared with the use of chemical agents for disinfection, this product will not leave any harmful substances and is also more convenient to operate. The sterilization efficiency of this product can reach more than 99%, and the service life of the lamp tube is more than 20,000 hours. It can be effectively used in hospitals, restaurants, shopping malls, large vehicles and other scenes.

Fermion Instruments has designed and manufactured a large-volume vacuum low-temperature plasma sterilization and purification equipment. The equipment uses a new remote plasma source with a unique excitation design, breaking through the electrode structure and size limitations of traditional plasma discharge, and realizing large-volume plasma sterilization. This product uses plasma to achieve efficient and harmless sterilization of masks and various medical supplies, solving the pain points of previous ethylene oxide sterilization technology in terms of cost, safety, environmental protection, and timeliness.
