The liquid-free in-situ transport measurement system consists of a sample injection/preparation chamber and an analysis chamber, which can realize sample transfer and measurement under ultra-high vacuum; it is compatible with flag-shaped sample holders, uses a liquid-free helium refrigerator and a piezoelectric ceramic needle injection mechanism, and is particularly suitable for non-destructive testing of in-situ grown thin films; it can be interconnected with MBE/PLD/SPUTTER and other systems in vacuum to complete the measurement of (magnetic) resistance and Hall effect of thin film samples (SQUID function can be expanded); the system has reserved optical windows to realize photoelectric combined measurement.
● Suitable for in-situ growth and in-situ transport measurement of thin film samples | ● Flag-shaped sample holder with vacuum transfer can realize in-situ needle replacement and sample |
● Preparation chamber has functions such as sample doping, etching, cleavage, and coating | ● Magnetic field angle is adjustable, and the maximum magnetic field strength reaches ~10T |
● Temperature range: 5K~325K, minimum up to 4K (without liquid helium cooling stage) | ● Number of test channels: 5 |
