Fast Entry Doors, which provide convenient and fast manual loading of samples in and out of vacuum chambers, have been widely used in different systems.
Doors are fitted with a spring-loaded hand knob locking mechanism, and the patented design also prevents the Load Lock Chamber from being over-pressurized as the door will be pushed open.(Utility model NO.201720665992.9)

The conventional model has single Viton elastomer seal, suitable for vacuum sealing to 10^-8 mbar, with Quartz replaceable as window material.
Fast Entry Doors are compatible with all CF flanges and could be connected with other equipment.
